Kasubag Humas Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan Komisaris Polisi Aswin mengatakan, Polri menyediakan email khusus untuk menerima laporan kasus-kasus terkait cybercrime. Masyarakat yang pernah menjadi korban dapat melaporkan penipuan yang dialami dengan mengirim laporan ke alamat surel tersebut, yakni cybercrime@polri.go.id .
