Soal content provider : Kominfo curang?

Jakarta - Indonesia Mobile & Online Content Provider Association (IMOCA) menyatakan kekecewaannya terhadap kinerja Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Asosiasi konten tersebut merasa sudah ditelikung dua kali. Dijelaskan Ketua IMOCA A. Haryawirasma, kejadian pertama berlangsung sekitar tahun 2007-2008 dalam diskusi pembahasan kode etik jasa konten SMS premium. IMOCA mengaku dilibatkan dalam perumusan aturan tersebut. Tapi hasil akhirnya justru mengecewakan mereka. Yaitu disahkannya Permenkominfo No.1/2009 yang menetapkan bahwa penyelenggara jasa pesan SMS premium adalah penyelenggara jasa telekomunikasi.
