I would translate courtesy as "santun", a borrowed Javanese word implying its culture's most admirable behaviour - speaking and acting politely. Dusun Mbah Maridjan ini seperti kota mati. Namun, masjid Kinahrejo masih tetap tegak berdiri. Juga ada dua sapi yang perkasa dan berdiri tegak. Pemantauan detikcom , Rabu (27/10/2010), kawasan Pakem yang sebelumnya asri dengan warna hijau, karena banyak pepohonan, kini menjadi kering kerontang. Hanya warna coklat dan hitam yang mendominasi.
